So long as the tires have the correct load rating, shouldn’t be an issue. Rough ride though, no sidewall, high psi, big rims, and a presumably still suspension.

It seems very unlikely to me that those tires are LT-rated for that massive truck, but maybe that’s a thing and I’m in the dark.
