It cranks fine and without bottom end noice, so first thing first is a cam replacement, then take it from there. We also have spare heads incase it kissed the valves. Shit happends man.

That it does, I had to rebuild the head on my Jetta EcoDiesel because I left a wrench on the crank pulley so when I started it up the pulley came straight off and the pistons bent the shit out of the valve stems.
