Used to own a 1988 Turbo coupe, blue. Man I miss that car. Was so much fun.

I want one, but most sellers these days are asking way too much imo.

I agree. Got mine back in 2004-2005 for 500$. Had a fuel leak at the filter and needed a power steering pump. Easy and cheap to fix. I drove it for just under a year.

I had an 88 with a V6, wrecked it a couple times.

Me too! Mine was white. I installed a FMIC, adjustable FPR, 255 lph fuel pump, and cranked the boost to as much as the poor little IHI turbo could push. It would spike to about 25 PSI and settle in right around 21-22. Even with 230,000 miles on the clock, the 2.3 never complained or showed a single sign of weakness.

I blame the AV Club and their effing spoilers.

That’s a solid build! I freaking love it!

Mine just had a MBC set to 16, and a IPT shift kit. She was fun indeed.

You mean messed up in that they don’t load until you click the article headline? I always thought it was to improve page load times since Kinja is hella-slow on mobile. Still not sure what I prefer tho... Honestly it’s almost 2018, they need their own mobile app.
