Racer Magazine made me aware of this little documentary earlier today. I absolutely love front-engined prototypes, 10/10 would hoon.

There’s simply not enough front-engined prototypes anymore. I got excited for the Nismo GTR-LM since it was the first time anyone considered a front-engined car for endurance racing since Panoz, but then they pulled out as soon as there were difficulties,
not unlike a dead-beat father.
What a shame.

Someone is selling two new engines that were supposed to be used in Mustang GTPs or its Probe sister. They have been for sale for some time already. The price is $40k/engine but it’s undoubtedly a change that isn’t going to repeat.
Some of the engine was also used in an F1 variant (Zakspeed 871) that briefly existed in ‘87 season.
