Kinja'd!!!

Making 24 of the seats sucked and I am awful with stickers, but overall it’s an excellent kit. If you’re looking for a Christmas gift, I recommend it.

I’ve also done the Beetle, the Mini, and the Caterham, and have yet to be disappointed with a set.

Man, I miss the Routemaster or rather I miss being able to jump off a moving bus.

Use a knife to place your stickers. And make sure the parts are clean.

There was a thread on the lego subreddit that had a bunch of other techniques to get them perfect but ive never used those and have done just fine

That bus looks like its seen better days, but kudos to them for keeping it on the road. That’d be one hell of an RV, too.

It’s good! Minus the atrocious drivers (holy shit are Saskatchewan drivers bad). But I may or may not die in the cold of the winter. I’m thankful that temperatures have gone up for a few days.

My cousin went to UC Davis and they have those for university buses I think, he drove them for his student job. So they have some, but they have daughters now so maybe I can get that for them to build.

It appears that the bus is a near 1:24 - the 1:24 Revell plastic kit and 1:24 Sunstar diecast are both slightly longer, though narrower and shorter.
