Considering the love affair with turkey it’s warm enough.
Frankly I never look forward to turkey. It’s not so much the bird itself, done right it’s perfectly acceptable. But:
- Nobody seems capable of cooking it without drying it right out. Eating it becomes a chore.
- LEFTOVERS. F ME.
- Done right it shouldn’t be much different from chicken anyway, which is easier to cook and isn’t staring you in the face every time you open the fridge for the next two weeks.
