Where is this? Is there a listing to look at?
I’d love a massive underground garage but with a very modest* house on top.
*modest but I’d still want a house with a very large living room with at least two tall glassed walls and room for a Lancia Aurelia B24 to sit in.
Like this but much bigger.

Supposedly it’s a pocket listing in Los Angeles which means it’s for sale but not publically listed, which is why these are the only interior pics I’ve found .
I’d combine the two: half garage, half house with glass in between so you can enjoy your vehicles from a comfy couch:

It looks good from the air, as long as that doesn’t turn out to be fake stucco (fucco) over styrofoam when seen up close. You’d be surprised how many large, expensive houses can cheap out on details.
