Took a hike on our favorite trail today, then chilled out for the rest of the afternoon. Even though it was cold and foggy/rainy on the Blue Ridge, it still was great to get outside and let the dog have fun. And when we got back to the car, found a nice RSX-S parked next to it.
Hope everyone will enjoy the holiday! We started on the pumpkin pie last night. Gluten free homemade pie crust by me for my wife, who is taking care of all the rest of the cooking this week.

The Blue Ridge parkway was excellent a couple of weeks ago. Enjoyed it in my Miata! Crazy to think that I was just there and now I am in sunny California in the same car. It used to just feel like a 5 hour plane ride between the coasts but now I can only think of the 10 days worth of driving being the standard. Looking forward to 90 degree weather on turkey day lol.

I like the RSX Type-S very much, especially in the Blue Pearl (which, as I just found out on Google, could be one of two blue pearl paints offered on the Type-S).

My friend has one. Bought it when it was new and it’s actually really nice. And that thing can really fly. He has the coupe though, but I feel like the sedan won’t be much different.

What flour mix do you(/your wife) use in the pie crust? I’ve had pretty bad luck with GF pie crust so this year we are going to just fill cupcake shells with pumpkin pie filling and do crustless mini-pies (this works surprisingly well). But I might give a real pie another go for Christmas.

I use Bob’s Red Mill GF All Purpose Flour which I find works well. Add corn starch, xanthan gum, egg, sugar and vanilla extract per recipe.

I think all my Bobs is the 1:1 and not the all purpose that might be my issue.
