Sorry about the fuzzy iphone pic. This was in front of a McDonalds as I grabbed a coffee yesterday early in Columbus, Ohio. Was amazed the car was between the light pillar and pole with no body damage. Nobody in the McDonalds order line had noticed the drunk parking until I said something. As I was leaving about 6 people were out there taking pictures too. I guess the drunk might have been avoiding the $250 fine for parking in the handicap spot.
