Hello, as a proud MexOppo (working title) I’d like to share car culture insight from this huge diverse nation! However I know that more oppos are Mexican, so I created a tag where all the Mexican car culture articles i’ve written reside. Most of them sort of correlate.
I think these are worth a read because this nation is very weird to the point that we even made some famous french person say it was even
surrealist!
However we are a large nation with many states and many sub cultures, so I invite any Mexican Opponouts to use these tags so that the articles are easily found!

USDM gets lots of coverage and even Canadian Domestic Market “CDM” gets some every now and then. About time our neighbors to the south get some love.

The Mexican car market is the best because you get both American and European cars! I like the cool cars you get that we don’t get up here.

Its good but its not the best, we often either get the most expensive versions or the cheapest versions. We don’t get wagons and almost no manufacturer will give you a goddamn manual box on a nice car.

One of the few people I talk to from my old job is Mexican. He and I were roommates for a school we had to attend for the company. I’m currently trying to convince him to get an E9X M3; he’s also a car person.

Yeah, that v8 is insane! I hope you convince him.
What I really want to get though is the E46; its my favorite! Though I’d also get the 1m coupe or the Z4 m coupe

I’ve never driven an E46 M3 or a Z4 M coupe. I have driven a 1M and can confirm that it is excellent to drive. That said, I think the E9X M3 with the screaming V8 is the better car to have long term. You can make the 1M much faster, but there is just something special about the V8 M3.
