Her car appears to have slowed down and come to a stop on the Shuto Expressway in Tokyo after she succumbed to some kind of heart condition? One of the most accomplished voice actresses in Japan, to me she will always be my namesake, Ayukawa Madoka from Kimagure Orange Road (upper right left hand corner).
