This is our view in the Dominican Republic today. Our plan is to eat, Beach, eat, drink, pool, drink, Beach, eat, drink and maybe pool again. It should make for a good day. I’ve turned off my work email as well and that makes things even better.

Welcome to DR! What part are you staying in because I think I’ve been there before. Be sure to eat tons of Rice, beans, and chicken, we call that “The Flag” around here

Agreed. The breakfast is probably the best meal. The pools and beach are nice, but the rooms need some work. We typically stay at similarly priced all inclusive dim Cancun and Cozumel and the upkeep is much better there.

be sure to visit Santo Domingo, the capital, theres a lot of tourist attractions there, like the ruins of a castle where Christopher Columbus stayed. Just dont visit in an expensive car at night, you might get mugged
