So, I did a thing this week. Say hello to my new daily driver and weekend crusader
Brand spanking new 2017 Trailhawk. Took me 3 whole days to go get it dirty. Look out Las Vegas, I am coming for your dirt roads!

Very cool, I was just last night re reading up on the crazy 4wd system aam made for Jeep. It’s got 3 sets of reduction gears. The transmission, the 2 speed PTO that only alters the front wheel speed and a 2 speed rear drive module that alters the rear. So in low it goes:
Engine>transmission>then the back power goes through a tiny ring and pinion to the rear while the front goes through a reduction gear to the front differential. The back gets reduced at the rear and then to into the rear differential (which is hilariously small) then out to the wheels.

thank you for not getting it in black or white which seems to be the only color people in illinois buy their cherokees in
