TL;DR several airline pilots saw a thing, and tracked a thing. Radar and TCAS did not see said thing. F-15s were sent, much better radar, highly trained pilots and sniper pods didn’t find said thing.

HOLY SHIT!
The Drive is even harder to read than Kinja! It bumped me all the way to the bottom of the page 2 time when I wasn’t doing anything! Plus those auto-play ads would move the page more than on Kinja/FP.

This is why we’re in an ad blocker arms race. I have extensive blocking on my phone and desktop just to surf the internet.
Sadly, some of these are becoming so deeply embedded into some sites that I have to turn them down/off to even use some sites (mostly banking sites, of all the weird things).

Hard to believe they could get that far into our airspace before being seen, though with the sun to the west and the whole not being visible on radar thing, not impossible.
