So I learned hybrids have the battery in the boot and I had to run cables from front to back to get the house power in the cars. BUT if the damn modern car with all the bloody nannies says it won’t open the boot there is no emergency release to be found without prying open panels and such. Did I mention I hate modern cars?? The fobs and the things needed to be closed and the this and that to get anything to work.... I like seeing other cars but I hate installing the auto show. Anyway some quick pics as I walked by places.

Aren’t they required by law to have one of these?

Or did you mean some sort of external release?

I do mean on the inside, maybe it’s only for closed trunks?

I could see that. It has to be there even in some pretty silly places like the F-150's Tough Box:

or the Model 3's tiny frunk.
