i said fuck it. My boss doesn’t come in till 11, so he never sees the issue of holding 4 or 5 pm meetings as his day is only half over. and then coming up with “just a few things to change”. Clue its never simply one iteration of “just a few things to change”

I work with these two attorneys who I will always answer with info and then it usually just cascades into “what about” questions when the info isn’t exactly what they expect. Today’s back and forth started at 3:45. I eventually sent a link to what I wasn’t working off of at 4:45 and was like “well, I’m headed out soon; I can keep doing this Monday or you can take over”. It’ll be fun on Monday to see what the response was..

I have two employees whose work is getting worse and worse. If I’m stuck late on Friday reviewing your crap, you can make the corrections yourself. I’ll fix honest mistakes that go quickly but I’m not correcting stuff that these guys were too lazy to do right to begin with...

Nothing directed towards you in the slightest, but I am becoming rather unhappy with my promotion.
