I’ve just been reading about the “Black Widow” ZR-1's.
Apparently Doug Rippie Motorsports made 8 tuned versions of the car, ranging from 450 to some with over 520 naturally aspirated horsepower, and painted all the motors matte black/red. Hence “Black Widow”
What’s weird is that there are apparently more black engines cars than the 8 that are accounted for, with various modifications similar to the original 8.
No one seems to have documentation for all these other black engines LT5's though.
