I’ve found myself enamored with this boat recently.
It’s a Stingray 230 SX
It does an honest 70 plus mph when lightly loaded and trimmed out. 0-plane in less than four seconds - needed for watersports, three is better but four will do. Less than 25K depending on year and motor. Has EFI if it is new enough. Comes with a freaking 496 big block. Will overnight two adults. Sun pad for the missus and enough room for the kids. Fast enough for me. Big enough for the family. Light enough to be towed by the Tacoma with all supplies needed for a day on the water. Checks all the boxes. Won’t fit in the garage but that can be worked out.
I need to get one of these. Depending on my tax return.....

I think about 5-7 so far. He films like 3 each time he goes to a location so there’s big gaps then a bunch in a row. He’s getting more knowledgeable as they go too and can actually trim the boats without being asked so it’s getting more and more enjoyable. He owns a couple whaler type boats with outboards and had slightly limited insight in the first couple
