Depends on your point of view. If we’re talking natural ordinary life without medical support, you need to have them all or die - at least in the moderately short term. Being alive is necessary to having life to enjoy. But - is it possible to enjoy the short period of life before suffering the consequences of being deprived of the above? Probably. Air least of all, though. Counting medical science/substitutes, you could very much enjoy life despite being hooked up to an IV or similar, and once a substitute lung/oxygenator that’s portable comes along, you don’t need air qua air anymore. As such.

So then, if you assume substitutes, and disregard the merits of each having negative enjoyment in their absence, it would come down to which can be enjoyed without being necessary. Air, probably least. Water, enjoyable sometimes for its mineral pizazz, or for its cooling/refreshing effects, though how much that depends on deprivation....

Food, though? Definitely something with merit in and of itself beyond necessity.
