It’s fucking 2017. I think it should be able to take the answer with or without a god damn unnecessary comma between them.

Webassign is really bad about this. And equivalent expressions so you have to simplify exactly how they want

Without the comma, you are indicating that two sets should be multiplied.

(x,y)(a,b) is the same as (x,y)*(a,b)

Worst thing ever. Got to the point where one of my professors was like “the average of your MML quizzes will make up 5% of your grade” the access code was $100, I said fuck it and just studied really hard and did well on the tests (our only other grade) so that I could still do decently.

Things like this are why my Physics student’s lobbied for me to not use Webassign.
