Seems to me that so far it’s just meant a bigger budget for the kind of stuff they were doing before. It’s not like they’ve never had sponsors. In the beginning there was Just Car. There’s been Haltech and Super Cheap. Mod Max and the Transformers Toyota were both sponsored builds. Pretty sure they have a Ryobi sponsorship too.
