Finished work.
Time for some foods.
Bolognese tortellini in a tomato base with fried streaky bacon and dusted with pecorino cheese.
Simple panettone with custard for dessert.
For this evening, either a nice Chateau Talmont Bordeaux Blanc or a Picpoul de Pinet.
It’s a hard life.

I did it the other way round.
I went from just eating to taking time to make and appreciate what I was eating. Granted I don’t always by any means but when I have the time I do.
Sometimes you have to make effort in trying something. I did some mini jacket potatoes and then melted some Swiss raclette cheese over the top. It’s a smelly cheese when chilled but by god it’s positively pungent when it’s melted but it tastes great.
Nothing fancy, just wanted to try the cheese.
I don’t think I’ll be getting it again.

Yeah I think it is just part of my current living situation. I don’t really like being in the kitchen cause of my roommate. Nothing bad, but it is her apartment and I rent the extra room so she kinda takes over and I don’t feel at home there...

Oh no, she is super nice and lets me have space, I just don’t feel it. Ya know?
But I plan on moving soon... So that should help a bit

Have you told her. Though as you’ve moving soon, maybe just lets the dogs lay.
