Why?
1. Probably won’t depreciate as much
2. Cadillac might not be the standard of the world anymore but it has heritage and frankly the badge means more
3. Cadillac looks better

I haven’t had the opportunity to sit in the Genesis, but I know I like the Cadillac. Also, while I believe Genesis knows how to do luxury, Cadillac has more driving performance credibility.

If I do not get to test drive, I’ll take the Cadillac as it’s got a more proven track record. If I got to test drive though, I’d love to see if the Genesis has what it takes. I’d certainly like to walk away with it, especially with a v8.

Neither. Both are not really or not at all available in my market (didn’t bother to check if they sell the Phil Collins edition Kia over here). Also the both seem to try to emulate another car, so why not get the original? You won’t believe this isn’t butter vs. real butter.

Cadillac.... All day. As both a Hyundai and GM dealer there are many things I see on the service side of things.... Always choose Cadillac.

It’s a shame Cadillac’s infotainment system is so cumbersome to use and that they’re so stubborn about not using buttons. I really want to choose the Cadillac but dealing with anything on it not related to driving is terrible.

I’d go with the Genesis. It’s different enough. And it’s brown. And GM just frustrates me [did you see some of the cheap, corporate switch gear in the new (~$130K) ZR1?].

I like the CT6 styling better, but most of the reviews I’ve read actually favor the G90 as the more relaxed and comfortable luxury car. So I’d have to drive both (have driven CT6 TT but not G90) but I’m tempted to say the Genesis.
