my 2 cents for further productions? Skip the intro or trim it to absolute mins. no more than 10-15 seconds. An overly long intro has been shown to skunk otherwise interesting Youtube videos on account of people tuning out before the meat of the video. Otherwise very nice.

Fair point. Public attention span is probably not down for a 3.5 minute video, esp. with the “welcome to the Big O” section as long as it is.
