Subaru out there stuck on his summer only tires? It kinda cracks me up that the WRX STi comes with not even all season performance tires, but dedicated summer only tires! Fantastic tires for those who never drive in snow, but kinda strange for ALL of them to come like that.

I agree about the STi but that one was one of those Lexus hybrid hatches... I forget what it’s called... I was on my summers but did ok with awd. I had fun actually, when not near other cars....

That car made it up 90% of a long steep hill and was actually on the flattening part, but just couldn’t quite make it.... we saw 2 more like it on the next mile.

Ouch! When they just barely make it is when I’m rooting for them the most.
I may need a dash cam this year. We have some steep streets that people always try hitting. A couple are 10% or steeper. Dubuque has started pre-treating some of them though.

I finished stacking wood yesterday, and was out last night in the dark covering the pile neatly. I put my mower in the back of my truck to bring to my parents’ barn, but didn’t make that trip yet, oops. I also was about 90% done clearing leaves, but not quite. I’m hoping they’ll dry out enough in the next week or so that I can finish! And now I have to wait for the roads to really dry out to park my truck for the winter...
Also not having my snows on yet was rather fun to be honest. Not so much in January when I’m really trying to get places. But it was fun today.
