It’s got nothing extra out of the engine, but iirc it got a few mechanical changes. Notably a different final drive ratio.
No idea about the current Cruze, but a last gen like this one would have those tweaks

At least it’s in the right spot. I think for the Cruze RS is just a suspension and appearance package and is available on several different trim levels, and engines.
