Nice. I forgot to put MarioKart on my list too, I beat MK8 yesterday and got the gold kart, wheels and glider. The grind was real. I played DoubleDash growing up and Wii when it came out, all time favorite childhood game for sure.

What I actually play is Assetto Corsa, and Tourist Trophy in emulation. (I like the Gran Turismo “here’s all the weird-ass vehicles that are completely non-competitive” factor, that’s most of what’s kept me from getting Ride 2.)

If your talking mobile, X Car: Drift Racing is pretty great for a free game, although there is a ton of ads.
I got bored of CSR real quick, I don’t get much out of drag racing.

I agree. It’s really a great game when you look past the realism, which is probably one of the main reasons some are giving it low scores. The ones who are giving it higher scores seem to have a much better grasp of the game, while still pointing out flaws.
In the days after Gamespot and IGN reviewed it, the game has gone from about a 55 on Metacritic to it’s current 67. Lowest score is a 4.0 (EGM, who is probably one of the worst places to get reviews from), highest score is a 9.0 (Areajugones, from Spain).
The smaller, lesser known reviewers are giving it better scores, where 6 of the 8 (out of a total of 15 scores) mixed or lower scores were from the big names (including THREE different IGN division scores, IGN Italia giving it the best of them, a 6.8).

The Crew was alright, but the microtransactions, and the pticey expansions that didn’t do much for me killed it for me. I also found the handling system to be a bit sluggish. Now they are doing a sequel, I might give that a look

I started with GT, but ended up playing Forza 4 and 6 for the amazing car sounds.
I didn’t even bother to finish GT6 because it felt too much like GT5. Hopes are high for GT Sport, but I haven’t gotten around to buying a copy yet.

I was in CSR 2 for the crew work and grind for new cars and stuff, just the thrill of that. I have over 35 garages and 150 cars, and also have no life.
Edit: also yeah, CarX Drift was a good game I had on my old tablet for a while but after losing my stuff and the excessive ads kinda threw it off for me.

Currently playing GT Sport more than anything (the daily car draw keeps me interested now), otherwise I variate between that and NFS 2015 (not sure I’ll get Payback, I’ve got my sights on Battlefront II instead).
On a similar note, recently got my parents old 40" LED TV handed down, and it has component inputs for me to run my GameCube properly again! NFS Carbon nostalgia, here I come!

I forgot about RR3, my best car was the Porsche 911. Took up too much space and burned battery too much so had to get rid of it. If it burned less battery it would be fine, I played it on my grandpa’s phone then my tablet for a while back in like 2010 I think
Edit: I’m a moron. It was 2013, felt like longer ago though.

Right now my best car is the Audi R8 gt3. It has the best handling of all the gt3 cars. I think right now it pulls 1.45 g around a corner, so your immediately much faster around corner

Hehe, yeah my first foray into NFS was with Underground 2, which I recently got back into on PC with some friends and the help of GameRanger.
Though Carbon was my most memorable racing game experience, in part because of the career. Tuner class was always my top pick. :P
