John Hillerman, the actor who is perhaps best known for playing Higgins, the majordomo for Robin Masters’ beachfront estate on Magnum, PI , has died. And I just saw a Ferrari 308 tonight. I watched the hell out of that show back in the day. Hillman was 84 years old.

Dammit Higgins!

People I grew up watching on TV need to stop getting old and dying.

I will throw on a DVD of Magnum tonight in honor of Mr. Hillerman.

I was shocked when I learned that he didn’t have an English accent. I was also surprised when I learned that David Ogden Stiers also did not have an accent.

Oh yeah, Stiers’s accent was good, although I think that it was a little bit over the top.
