Usually the engines they get are too worn out to blow like that. They stop when the blowby is so bad they get kicked off the track.

...Define “exiting an engine”. Pretty sure most cars have had stuff fall out, including needing a whole or partial rebuild despite the car costing 500$ and it being the literal first mile of the trip.
Now forcibly throwing rods and valves? They haven’t done that yet, I think...

Parts that are supposed to be contained within the engine exiting of their own accord. Parts must be external to the engine without outside disassembly. They have had some good internal carnage but they have yet to pick parts up off the road.
