Mobile notifications not working for anyone else? Thought my comments were particularly off the ball lately. Nope, just kinja’d.

Just like itunes and the new microsoft office update; why fix what isn’t broken? Frustrating.

I have to tap the tab in the upper right. Sometimes I’ll get the blue dealy showing the notification number and sometimes it wont show it(even though there are new notifications)

It’s been broken for quite sure time. At least a couple weeks.

Or like some planning software when I worked in the commercial aviation industry that was old legacy code from the mainframe days that was dragged kicking and screaming to windows: fix one thing and break six others. When you complain they either say “working as designed” or they’re willing to quote you a price to have their programmers rewrite (repair) the broken code. Six months later they may release a patch that fixes the broken part but breaks three more things in the process...

Sounds like the product I used to support. Half of the bugs aren’t bugs (the system was designed to work that illogical) and the others get fixed just to break something else.

My favourite has to be the one and only report that isn’t in the reports section of the product. Why is it in a completely different place? *shrug*

Sounds familiar. You could always tell that this wasn’t made for a GUI environment because standard things, like CTRL+C, didn’t always work, didn’t work as expected, or had disastrous consequences. Nobody seemed to think that basic functionality like that should be consistent, which would seem important since most users were on Windows. It probably seemed logical if you were on an AS/400 or System 370...

They never did those half-hidden lights did they?

In fact AFAIK the only car that ever got those was the VL Calais

Of course, the Montreal! They had some sort of weird grille covering, I don’t think they were motorized though.

I haven’t gotten the little bubble on the hamburger menu for at least a month now. I have to actually open it to see if I have notifications.
