If it makes you feel better that’s five more than I usually get in my ST. And about 100 more miles than the Mach was ever capable of. Fun times.

My 2005 GT Convertible would be lucky to get that and it barely had 300hp. Consider yourself Lucky.

To be honest, my 1999 BMW 328I manual only averages 21.5 mpg mixed driving and my old 2010 VW CC 2.0T got about 25 mpg on the same commute.

My current daily, a 2015 F150 2.7L Ecoboost gets about 23.5 mpg mixed driving. To ad insult to injury to my old sedans, it’s faster than both my BMW 328I and VW CC 2.oT 0-60 while surpassing (BMW) or almost equaling (VW) their mpgs.

‘stang has that small of a tank? (and I can understand - my old Mazda had a tiny tank and with the thirsty 2.3 MZR range was not one of it’s strong points...)

Are you only getting like 20mpg?

Any tank is small when you have 5 liters of American Exceptionalism TM under the hood. I believe it’s a 16 gallon tank, I put 14.5 gallons in this morning.

No doubt, it’s impressive what I can get out of a 435 horsepower V8
