I still have to find a viable option for a rear view camera. I did have a fancy stereo with a big LCD panel which would have done the job, but I preferred the stock stereo and ripped out the replacement so I’m back to square one.

I was considering that, but I have this fancy OEM Mazda mirror I want to install, the one with the remote control and compass; $3 at the junkyard vs. $350 from Mazda...

Amen, I hate the ‘everything controlled by a touchscreen’ systems in a lot of new cars...there is no tactile feel for a touchscreen and I have to look at it to see what I am doing.
Give me the knobs and buttons in my Accent any day!

Junkyards are the best.
Just the other day my dad found an expensive suspension part at a junkyard called royal used auto parts for $40.
While there, we saw a 993? 911 Targa, M3, couple of AMG’s and more. The next time I go I’ll have to take pictures

I’ve already purchased the camera (built into a license plate frame). I just need to find a way to view the output. It would be great if I could somehow get it to display on my phone, preferably wirelessly.

No touch screen for me either
(not my car) THe only thing I wish we had gotten was the electronic climate control instead of the vacuum nobs (see Monaro)
