How’s your Jag these days? I successfully got the thermostat put back together after snapping one of the bolts. Also replaced fuel injector hoses and partly rebuilt the very crispy air pump harness.

I had a heck of a time getting it started after all that. Finally what worked was this trick.
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
I haven’t had trouble cold starting it since and I drove it to work the next day and it was mostly fine except once when it bogged then died (with a puff of smoke from the intake). Several tries with the trick from the video got it going again.
I’m thinking of getting a fuel pressure tester.
