I heard good things about that place when we lived in Henderson (Green Valley Ranch). The Shelby Museum is cool, not too far from you and FREE! If you have a night to go out I’d recommend Container Park which is at the East of Fremont street and pretty cool.
I recommend Mon Ami Gabi (front of Paris) for any meal, especially an early breakfast so you can watch the Walk of Shame and eat breakfast!

Hit up the mob museum and/or the neon museum. Really cool spots if you have any interest in the history of the place!

If you have a chance, maybe check out Red Square at Mandalay Bay. Fantastic vodka selection and they do an awesome hackleback plate. Its identical to the one they used to have at the Tropicana in Atlantic City that sadly closed down unexpectedly, removing one more reason for me to go there.
