That’s right, we find my favorite model of car in my favorite color . Tonight we find an E46 M3 with the proper six speed manual in Oxford Green metallic. The pictures supplied with the ad don’t really do car justice as this is what the color actually looks like:
So WilliamsSW, are you on your way to pick it up yet? I wish I had a place for this, 15.5k isn’t bad at all.

That’s about how I feel too. I’m sure you realize that this is local to me too, right?
For me to get an E46, it would have to replace my current E46 - which pretty much means it needs to be a rag top.
That said, it’s not too far from my office. I may try to call the seller tomorrow to look it over. Which also means that I need to get hold of my mechanic to ask if he can do a PPI. Likely not for this one, but I’ve been meaning to ask him that anyways.

I had a suspicion that is was close to you and given the fact we both like manual green BMWs, I should post it. I can understand the sentiment attached to the rag top, I too would like a drop top one day.
You should totally go look at this though.

Yeah, it’s probably 20-30 minutes from my office.
I can’t imagine not owning a convertible as one of my cars anymore, but my intention is to eventually replace my 323cic with an E39/E46/E9X M car. An M3 vert would be perfect for that.
I seem to have different cars for different roles now - manual BMW convertible for fun, Pathfinder to haul crap, and the Lexus for hauling my son and DD duty.
My schedule is pretty busy these days, but I’m going to see if I can get over to look at it this week. Will keep you posted!

Damn... Had I not decided to play with the racecar again, I would be considering looking for a cheap flight to check it out.
