While I’m amazed somone built this, it still won’t go over a regular pickup truck or SUV, so it’s not really very useful.

Oh, I remember this! There are a handful of pics of the build out there, but I wanted to get a closer look at how it works.
So it appears to be electric-powered, and it does have some steering capability. Not sure if it’s really roadworthy, or just good for low-speed stunts, but it sure is interesting.

I did not even notice the tires. The tread pattern does resemble a 60-70's truck tire.
