Whiskey gingers have been my go to at bars recently since they are fairly difficult to screw up. I would be drinking a whiskey- diet coke but I ran out of DC.

Yeah I like whiskey ginger ales as well. Usually at my place during this time of the year I’ll drink whiskey and apple cider. But good apple cider can be hard to find sometime.

My parents bought a $100 bottle of rye during their 36th wedding anniversary at Williamsburg VA. First time I was home after they bought it my dad so don’t touch haha. My favorite Irish whiskey is Bushmills. Partly because its made in the same county of Northern Ireland that my last name comes from.

agree - this week has been especially bad, accidents all over for no reason. Big 10-15 car rearenders, stupid intersection accidents, messed up merges, lane changes, people going super slow in the middle lane... and it all seems to be “normal” people, not kids hotrodding around - just goofballs not paying attention...

The rye-ginger train is a train that’s hard to stop. They go back so easy and the ginger is a natural anti-nauseant that means you can just keep drinking them forever. And it tastes good too.
