Ever wanted to take your home off road?

This vehicle is the phrase “more money than I know what to do with” willed into existence and put on wheels. Surely there are cheaper mobile homes and better off highway options. This is what I consider the absurdity of the Earth Roamer concept pursued to its logical conclusion.

I would guess the owner mix will be overseas buyers who’s revenue streams are not exactly transparent, energy goop peddlers who will logo the hell out of it and put their sponsored athletes in it on tour for max visibility and more money than brains retirees who also have a gas powered blender.

Ever wanted to take you home off road?

Hmm, maybe. I mean, I like to-

$1.5m

Nope.

I mean, you could put a Jeep in each state you wanted to explore, and buy a light plane to get you to each for less.

I like the LT and LTS, but yeah the HD is simply absurd. That thing isn’t going anywhere offroad.

I’d rather have a GXV Pangea.

Yeah, I’d take an EarthCruiser, or even a Bocklet Dakar 780 over this anyday.

I think if I were to theoretically spend a crazy amount on an XV, I’d rather it be a rugged chassis like a MAN or Unimog. So I agree with you. The Miss doesn’t like those and favors the Earthroamer LTS, but I have a while to convince her before I can afford such thing.

Cheaper tires, ability to cope with a flat, better crawling, and no more top heavy... also can withstand hard impacts, is amphibious... and it cost in 1976 dollars inflation adjusted, 1.5million. Game, set, and match to Landmaster.

For that sort of coin, I could fit out a semi truck with a new trailer that included a garage for the new Land Cruiser and a couple of ag bikes for when you really wanted to get off road...

There were some impressive rigs at SEMA this year.

And it’s nice to see the rigs that get used for their purpose. Most of the trucks inside are just ridiculous.
