It’s cool. I was just trying to bring some levity to what is clearly a crappy situation. I wish I could defend GM, but I can’t. I can only defend the Corvette. Well, and the Roadmaster. I have had issues with almost every major manufacturer and some car I’ve owned from them. Some new, some used, but always something stupid. Oddly enough, the Fiat, renowned for being made of junk, has been more solid than almost anything else I’ve owned. Upside, there’s a warranty to fix things like this. Downside, it shouldn’t have to.

I’m still hitting my head for pulling the trigger so early on my F30... the same dealer later got a 2015 ATS with a stick shift for 19k, 5 grand lower than mine and 3 years younger. It was sold shortly after.
But then I have red seats, the latter doesn’t.

Yeah I keep telling him to take it back in because it doesn’t appear to be leaking the coolant because there aren’t any drip marks in his garage. But when he changes his oil it still looks okay. I’m wondering where it’s going or if it is a really slow leak or something. He’s probably going to sell it before his timing belt is up in another 40,000.
