I don’t enjoy being in anything that can’t glide back to Earth, should the engine fail.
Even then the chances of landing in a flat area with zero objects to hit is slim.

Being on the ground is for the poors. What better way to lord over them than to eat cookies while hovering over them and watching them scramble around for the crumbs that fall to the earth? If you did this in the olden times, people would’ve regarded you as some sort of cruel god, perhaps even some kind of cookie monster.

Lived in SA for 4 year-ish. Didn’t remember that particular uniform lol. Neat town but lacked commercial resources. It’s literally the world’s largest small town

A helicopter with an engine failure can autorotate safely to the ground. Every pilot is taught how and practices the procedure regularly.

We use them for carrying heavy things into the backcountry. Like the 26' long 8x8's we built this bridge out of.

Oh sweet!
They had a huge 100 year old tree on the property where they planned to build something. So they moved the tree at a cost of a million dollars.
Also, they have the actual Nascar car that they sponsored in previous races. And of course, old gas pumps.
