No, I think they need to fire a lot of the long time suit people. I see a lot of BS especially at the dealer level that is implemented by new suit guys and they get their “new big thing” get promoted and the next guy changes it etc and it is all crap. The whole corporate philosophy at GM is fucked as hell. I think I could do Mary Barra’s job or better yet keep her as a puppet and figurehead to go to court and BS, because let’s face it, she looks better in a pencil skirt than I would. Then I could do the real job and fix where GM is headed.
So no I am worth a decent salary and so are the real humans we hire to replace the suits.
