Out of my 70 cars in GT4 this one is the most difficult to control.

The Gillet Vertigo was a bitch to control.

Personally, i think GT3 has much better physics, but GT4 has that massive car list and generally way more to do.

Its the ability to oversteer/drift that was taken out, i think maybe their countersteering assist was off or not present for that game.

Also, speaking from experience, it can be pretty challenging to get a rear engined car to work in a game such as this from a physics/design standpoint.

I remember finally being able to get a Ruf CTR around Nurburgring so fucking clearly. There were 3 corners where I almost lost it.

This video proves that Gran Turismo is accurate. The car did everything in the game as it did on the actual ring.

Yet I’m still unable to turn a clean lap on the ring in a Up GTI.

Add some front ballast. Worked for me in GT5. That car, the Yellow Bird and Stratos were my favorites to run in that game.

I already 100lbs of ballast in the front, with downforce as high as possible. Maybe dialing the down force on the rear might help.

Just fired up GT5 to check my settings.

170kg of ballast with a 48/52 balance. Ballast position in -50. Total weight 1350kg.

Now I guess I’m gonna have to play some GT5.
