Sure, we live in the country, but maybe riding a 15 mph go-cart in a 45 mph zone during rush hour isn’t such a good idea.

That commuter traffic looks crazy! What was he thinking?

Trying to channel his inner George Jones only to find out the riding mower wouldn’t start.

Put away your sarcasm. I had a whole line of cars stacked up behind me. These are also ridiculously narrow roads and people drive really fast, especially during rush hour.

Rush hour is when there is a lot of stopped traffic which means you can’t drive fast.

That wasn’t a rebuke. I was joshing because of the pic and the incongruous image of rush hour in the country. I know how frustrating it can be to be stuck behind something like that or a farm tractor. Also, I’m disturbed at his lack of helmet. He should be nervous.

That’s one hell of a rush hour. One whole car!

Which exactly describes the roads at either end of this road. In another half mile is a four-way stop that gets stacked up, sometimes up to a quarter mile. People love to use this road as an alternate route and are usually speeding. There was a line of traffic behind me (the stripes are worn so it’s hard to see this is a no-passing zone).
