Another night of work finished, now for food.

Green beans, peas, broccoli and mange tout in butter. Mushrooms in garlic sauce, mashed potatoes with milk and butter and ostrich steaks.

I’m not sure what mange tout is, but count me in. Looks amazing!

It was really good. Full of flavour but no flavours were over powering. Mange tout aka snap peas, sugar snap peas and snow peas.

In that case count me in! I’m so eager to make a trip to Europe. It’s my vacation for my 30th. I love seeing and trying new cuisine. It’s very intriguing to me.

Europe is full of different cuisine. Europe is 50 countries, 28 of which are European Union. Many (like the U.K.) with ties to South Africa, Asia and the middle east create a very rich variety of food.

Take the U.K. our two top national dishes are fish, chips and mushy peas as well as chicken tikka masala.

To get the best when visiting a new country, always head off the beaten track, like in the villages outside the cities of the back or side streets of towns.

I’d planned to check out the UK, Germany, France and Italy at minimum in my time there. There’s just so much I want to see and do to take it all in. My dad talked about how cool the UK was and that’s a big one I just must take in. Traditional fish and chips would be awesome :)

That’s really good advice, I appreciate it! I’m very eager to go.

If you get a train ticket from raileurope you can get a train from St Pancras in London, through to Paris, onto Berlin and then down to Milan or pretty much any place you want.

I think the U.K. is pretty cool, but I am biased so there is that.

The U.K. is very much like the U.S. every area is quite different from the last. But London probably has the largest concentration of history, churches, museums, etc... so you can’t go far wrong.
