Am I the only that thinks the AMG GT is absolutely hideous looking?

So I should do it then? The graphics shop at my company could make the vinyl. People have put M117s in W123s before, it appears to fit fine. It is period correct since they made the M117 from 72-92. The real red pig is automatic I think. My friend who did the welding on my Z could make a race filler cap and some flares. The AMG wheels aren’t too hard to get. But I was also thinking of making a rally W123 so maybe a rally red piglet?

A little of this a little of that? Crazy?

My heart says yes, but my head says no. Realistically that would be an epic build, but I’m not quite sure on expenses of Mercedes stuff. This is really a question for someone who has knowledge of this.

Well I know Mercedes parts, I can get an engine no problem. We can’t get the Red Pig motors anyway, Mercedes built them for racing, but an M117 is easy to get, alloy V8s a plenty. I have a description of what to do with the suspension from the bulletin boards, the picture above has a complete build list and with my friend’s shop it isn’t bad. I feel like I should buy an old 300SEL, I saw one for $1700 in decent shape. But I just got all the major stuff done on the Z so I doubt I will jump in yet! The Merc drives fine so I will just cruise for now.

Red Piglet is the best.
