Because nothing says classy like the back seat being able to fold down into a bed. If it’s in as good condition as they say, $13.8k CAD is a pretty good price.

That car should be in a warm, dry garage.

Hopefully it is. It must be an old photo, because we haven’t had any snow here yet this season.

The car parents were extra reluctant to let their teenagers borrow.

Sitting out there on that flatbed like that, it probably developed a rust spot.

A Statesman has a back seat that converts to a bed?
The jokes practically write themselves...

It’s nice, and definitely a great price, but I would hold out for the slightly later Pininfarina styled one personally. I fell in love with this red one at a recent show

Pininfarina’s involvement was a bit overstated, but Nash-Kelvinator were certainly more than happy to give him the credit.

You’re right. the Gaz M20 Pobeda is very classy.
This one needs a sheet over the original fabric, though.

That is the rusty old cabin in the woods of cars you can sleep in. 0/10 don’t want ghosts.

That particular one was listed for sale on a Ukranian classifieds site for $1500USD. I can excuse a dirty interior. I can’t find another picture of the seats folded down.

Fair enough.
