In this case the valve lost its footing and slipped. The piston, with all of its pent up rage, unleashed a flurry of headbutts straight into the valve, destroying his own face in the process.

Customer came into our store today with this “battery” in a plastic tub and said that a couple of days ago while he was putting some windshield wiper fluid in his wife’s car he noticed there was a small crack in the battery that was leaking some liquid but he didn’t think much of it (at this point im listing to him, mouth ajar) and then today he started the car and he heard a loud bang, so he waited a couple minutes and opened the hood and saw the battery was like that and there was acid everywhere. This is the worst battery I’ve ever seen, and another case of careless stupidity.

He was replacing the ball joints up front using two large wrenches for max leverage and somehow managed to jerk the whole frame off the lift.

Somehow it didn’t fall on him. He said it went slow and he just stood back and watched it happen.

Geez, the taper doesn’t even appear to be seated! So, it’s just hanging by that screw...

Pulled these out of a John Deere 240 Skid Steer. Fried the ECU, HCU, hydrostatic pump, and every solenoid is shot.

The drywall screw is terrifying! Those things are brittle as $&@*. I’m surprised they even got it in without it snapping in half.

I think the drywall screw is the winner here.

I bet 80% of JB Weld sales goes toward oil pan or fuel tank repairs out here.
