Supposedly, hitting the OK button locks the a 3 minute clip to save footage from being recorded over in loop mode. I last had the memory card out on 9/18, and now the earliest footage on the card is from 10/13....lots of stuff that I wanted saved is recorded over, since apparently the OK button isn;t locking footage. Time to figure out if my dashcam is broken, or if I’ve been doing something wrong....

Sometimes I lightly tap the camera to trigger its sensor to lock a recording instead of hunting for the right button. (Mine is kinda tucked up behind the mirror anyway.)

Mine’s up behind the mirror too, maybe I’ll try doing that instead....
