Interesting siting on the way home. A York Sightseeing bus in the suburbs of Atlanta. My money was that it was being used for filming.

My strongest memory of America wasn’t making out the Empire State Building through the New York haze as my plane came into landing, the fact that you can buy Pizza on a per slice basis or wasting ten minutes having to learn Americanese just to buy some Candyfloss.

It was that on a tour of the Everglades I found a Routemaster bus that my mum was a conductor on about a year after they were pulled from service. Man that was surreal. Our buses do seem to end up in some strange places especially Stateside.
