Surprised by the lack of a key scratch along the entire side. If you’re gonna trash somebody’s car, you might as well go all the way...
(note I do not actually condone this... But it definitely is an interesting thing to imagine what was done to instigate such a situation. I once saw a similarly ahem damaged car on the street of my work parking lots and not only were all the tires slashed, but all the windows were smashed in too)

If it were a snow covered scene in certain neighborhoods I would say that the car was parked in a spot that someone else had cleared and claimed, and the offending car was punished for it.
